In the title compound, C(15)H(11)NO(3), the configuration of the keto group with respect to the olefinic double bond is s-cis. The two benzene rings form a dihedral angle of 5.00â (5)°. The mol-ecules are linked into a two-dimensional network parallel to (04) by C-Hâ¯O hydrogen bonds.
