In the title compound, C(11)H(12)ClNO(3), the dihedral angle between the benzene ring and the amide group is 44.9â (2)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules form inversion dimers via pairs of O-Hâ¯O hydrogen bonds. These dimers are further linked into sheets parallel to (013) via N-Hâ¯O hydrogen bonds.
