An unusual cause of obstructive uropathy: primary retrovesical hydatid cyst

The incidence of hydatid disease in genitourinary system is very low and isolated involvement in retrovesical region is rare [1-3]. Here is a report of a case of retrovesical hydatid cyst leading to obstructive uropathy with successful outcome.
