Abstract
We present a differential diagnostic evaluation of three clinical cases in which line-field confocal optical coherence tomography played a key role in distinguishing the dermoscopic features of keratinizing pearls, multiple aggregated yellow–white globules and milia-like cysts in squamous cell carcinomas, basal cell carcinomas and seborrhoeic keratoses.
