Axillary Artery Pseudoaneurysm Following Percutaneous Transaxillary Access for Impella Device Placement During Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Percutaneous transaxillary access is currently considered an acceptable alternative to transfemoral approach for large-bore access, especially in the setting of hostile iliofemoral arteries.
