The Evolution of the Secretary's Minority AIDS Initiative Fund: The US Department of Health and Human Services Responds to the National HIV/AIDS Strategy

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To compare the use of prophylactic drug treatments administered in order to minimise blood loss at the time of caesarean section, on the outcomes of maternal blood loss, need for additional medication or treatment to control haemorrhage, and maternal side effects or complications.
