Abstract
The invention in this patent application relates to pyrazolo-[1,5-a]-pyridine derivatives represented herein as formula I and formula II. These compounds are highly active SIK inhibitors and may be useful for the treatment of inflammatory, allergic, and autoimmune diseases. They can additionally be of potential relevance in treatment of cancer, metabolic diseases, bone density dysregulation diseases, pigmentation-related diseases or cosmetology, fibrotic diseases, and depressive disorders.
