Abstract
Choanal atresia is a rare disease and the incidence is 1: 5000-8000 newborns alive. It is more comom among female and usually is associated with others malformations. STUDY DESIGN: clinical retrospective. When unilateral its diagnose may be postpone because its symptoms are less life threating. But when bilateral children have important respiratory insuficency.
