Protocol for isolating single cells from human pancreatic cancer tissues and analyzing major immune cell populations using flow cytometry

Here, we present a protocol for collecting, dissociating, isolating, staining, and analyzing immune cells from pancreatic cancer tissues for flow cytometry.
