Aim
To investigate the expression of HIF-1α in relation with the presence or absence of bone metastasis.
Background
Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF-1) is a transcription factor produced in hypoxia condition, it is closely associated with tumor angiogenesis and metastasis.
