Crystal structure of poly[μ-diphen-yl(pyridin-4-yl)phosphane-κ(2) N:P-μ-tri-fluoro-acetato-κ(2) O:O'-silver(I)] from synchrotron data

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Ag(CF(3)CO(2))(C(17)H(14)NP)] has been determined from synchrotron data (λ = 0.70000 Å). Centrosymmetric dinuclear Ag(2)O(2) units, generated by inversion centers, extend into a two-dimensional coordination polymer linked by the N and P atoms of the bridged-bidentate (μ(2)) ligand. The resulting two-dimensional array can be described as a 6(3) (hcb) network.
