The title compound C(23)H(23)N(2)Te(+)·PF(6) (-), is a monoclinic polymorph of the previously reported triclinic structure [Calitree et al. (2007 â¸). Organometallics, 26, 6248-6257]. In the crystal, parallel offset Ï-Ï stacking [shortest centroid-centroid separation = 3.9620â (9)â à ] and ionic inter-actions help to establish the packing.
