In the title compound, C(10)H(13)NO(2), the occurrence of inter-molecular N-Hâ¯O and O-Hâ¯O hydrogen bonds between the hydr-oxy and acetamido groups results in the formation of tetra-mers with an R(4) (4)(25) graph-set motif. These tetra-mers are further assembled, building up a corrugated sheet parallel to (001).
