The title compound, C(21)H(26)N(2)O(4), adopts an E configuration with respect to the azomethine C=N bonds. The dihedral angle between the two rings is 8.16â (8)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by weak inter-molecular C-Hâ¯O inter-actions.
