Abstract
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the benefits and harms of taking antibiotics after sexual intercourse as post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) for the incidence of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in adolescents and adults.
