Abstract
For the past few years, there has been a rising trend to shift outpatient infusion services from the private practice setting to the hospital outpatient setting. Numerous and complex factors are driving this trend. More complex however are the myriad details required to operationalize a change in structure and ensure that all parties are clear and comfortable with the outcome.
