Abstract
Pediculosis corporis is an ectoparasitic infestation often overlooked due to its nonspecific symptoms and association with poor hygiene and overcrowding. We report a case of a 75-year-old man presenting with generalized pruritus and excoriations, where a meticulous clinical examination supplemented by dermoscopy revealed Pediculus humanus corporis infestation. This case emphasizes the importance of thorough evaluation and highlights the utility of dermoscopy in diagnosing ectoparasitic neglected tropical diseases.
