Abstract
The Seraph® 100 Microbind® is an extracorporeal, sorbent hemoperfusion device intended to adsorb pathogens when integrated into extracorporeal circuits. We describe the use of Seraph 100 in an 18-month-old immunocompromised toddler with adenovirus viremia in conjunction with continuous renal replacement therapy and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation.
