Abstract
A team at the University of Pennsylvania Health System devised the I-READI conceptual framework — for Integration, Root Cause Analysis, Evidence Review, Adaptation, Dissemination, and Implementation — to help health care organizations respond to quality and safety challenges during crises, such as emerging infectious diseases or periods of capacity strain.
