Undifferentiated Pleomorphic Sarcoma With Mismatch Repair Deficiency Arising From the Heart

Cardiac malignancies are rarely related to familial cancer syndromes. We present a case of a primary cardiac tumor with histopathology that showed loss of staining for mismatch repair genes in keeping with a phenotype associated with Lynch syndrome.
