Abstract
Transcatheter aortic valve replacement with intraventricular membranous septal aneurysm is challenging, which is concerned the thrombus formation or the expansion of aneurysm. We illustrated the serial follow-up echocardiographic images after transcatheter aortic valve replacement in patients with intraventricular membranous septal aneurysm. There were no adverse cardiovascular events during the follow-up.
