Abstract
Rheumatic multiple valvular heart disease remains undertreated and underestimated in older patients; many are unaware of their diagnosis until they experience complications. This case series presents 3 older patients with undiagnosed rheumatic multiple valvular heart disease who presented with complications, describing their valvular assessment and therapeutic outcomes.
