Redo Mitral and Tricuspid Valve Surgery for Hemolytic Anemia, Following Hematuria and Anemia

This study reports the challenges of rheumatic mitral and tricuspid valve re-repair on a child presenting with gross hematuria, hemolysis, and volume overload. Severe postoperative mitral and tricuspid valve regurgitation was the cause, and redo surgery for both valves resolved the acute issues.
