Dysautonomia Causing Severe Orthostatic Hypotension: An Important, Early Finding in Neurodegenerative Disorders

Orthostatic hypotension is common and dangerous; it has neurogenic and nonneurogenic causes. We present the case of a 40-year-old man with severe neurogenic hypotension, caused by young-onset multiple system atrophy.
