Abstract
This paper introduces the Sensory Emotional Mapping Indicators for Neurodiverse Learners (SEMINEL) Framework, a scenario-based six-step methodology designed to provide inclusive education in culinary classroom settings. The SEMINEL framework is used as a mapping tool that effectively combines the identification of the sensory triggers and emotional responses of neurodiverse learners through simulated classroom scenarios. These scenarios are designed for testing using inter-rater reliability tests, and adaptive support strategies are provided using the outcomes assessed with the help of a coding manual and Sensory Emotional Mapping sheet, to promote inclusivity among learners. 1. The SEMINEL Framework offers a simple yet effective methodology to assist neurodiverse learners in sensory-rich culinary classroom settings. 2. The framework has been applied theoretically to five simulated classroom scenarios in this study. 3. The contributions of the study are foregrounded on the principles of reproducibility, methodological transparency, and reliability, which provide a foundation for future research involving the application of the framework in real-world classroom settings. in identifying, are.
