Abstract
BACKGROUND: Traditional medicine is vital in Somalia alongside modern healthcare facing access challenges. This review examines their integration. METHODS: Narrative literature review. FINDINGS: Integration improves trust but requires addressing cultural and regulatory barriers. CONCLUSION: A regulated, collaborative framework is recommended for culturally sensitive healthcare.
