The germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD), maturation, normal fertilization, high-quality embryo (HQE) and blastocyst formation rates were calculated to evaluate the developmental competence of IVM oocytes, and fluorescence staining was used to assess DNA damage levels of oocytes in both groups.
