Abstract
A patient was diagnosed with infective endocarditis caused by Candida parapsilosis, which further led to inflammation of the right hepatic artery and the formation of pseudoaneurysm, accompanied by intracranial abscess and hemorrhage. After mitral valve replacement, antifungal therapy, right hepatic artery embolization, intracranial hematoma removal and other treatments, the patient finally recovered and was discharged. After 2 years of follow-up, there was no recurrence or secondary complications except for seizures.
