Abstract
This paper describes how a program generation system, called TEDIUM™, is used to implement a multiclinic appointment system. The paper begins with an introduction to the problems currently associated with software development and the approaches being used to alleviate them. The scope of TEDIUM is then introduced and the reader is stepped-through an application to illustrate the system's use. The analogy is made between the use of TEDIUM and traditional implementation methodologies.
