Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Laryngeal neuroendocrine neoplasms (LNENs) are rare and highly heterogeneous malignant tumors. CASE PRESENTATION: We report a case of a patient who underwent multiple surgeries before being diagnosed as G2 Neuroendocrine Tumor (G2 NET) of the larynx, and we hope that our experience can increase surgeons' understanding of LNENs. DISCUSSION: G2 Neuroendocrine Tumor (G2 NET) of the larynx is a type of LNEN that is red and lumpy and is occasionally misdiagnosed as a hemangioma. CONCLUSION: The treatment for G2 NET of the larynx is partial laryngectomy and neck lymph node dissection, local resection is easy to relapse, and the diagnosis depends on immunohistochemistry.
