Abstract
Renal emergencies include a wide variety of pathologies requiring immediate diagnosis and management to reduce morbidity and mortality. Imaging plays a crucial role in identifying the underlying condition, which guides clinical decision-making. In this review, we discuss the computed tomography imaging findings of a diverse spectrum of renal pathologies, categorized by traumatic, vascular, obstructive, and infectious conditions.
