Abstract
We report a unique case of a 9 cm xanthogranulomatous cystitis pelvic mass with intravesical and extravesical component. Patient had a past medical history of a right orbital pseudotumor 15 years back, diagnosed on imaging with conservative treatment with steroids. Since xanthogranulomatosis is associated with immunologic or chronic inflammatory disorders, we suspect this patient might have baseline chronic inflammation that makes him prone to inflammatory masses.
