Abstract

Based on their morphologies or states, Au-based materials will be operative under a specific aqueous or organic phase. Reduction of Au(3+) by amphiphilic sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate is proposed to improve the phase challenge via an amphiphilic nature. Moreover, the green approach is expected to be suitable to prepare myriad Au-based materials which can be applied with a limited phase problem.
