Newborn resuscitation with intact cord for non‐vigorous term or late preterm infants

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the safety and efficacy of resuscitation with an intact cord compared to resuscitative care with immediate cord clamping or umbilical cord milking for non‐vigorous term or late preterm neonates (≥ 35 weeks' gestation).
