The influencing factors of PHD, PSD, SOD and the overall scale were analyzed by univariate analysis such as t-test or one-way analysis of variance, and multiple linear regressions. The total mean score of QLICD-GM in all chronic diseases was 65.24 ± 13.50;Among three domains, the highest mean score was found in SOD 72.54 ± 15.55, the second highest mean score in PHD was 62.45 ± 15.37, and the lowest mean score in PSD was 62.23 ± 17.79. Marriage, occupation, education, family economic, medical format were main influencing factors of QOL for patients with chronic diseases. QOL of patients with chronic diseases is low. Effective corresponding strategies and targeted management or intervention measures should be taken to improve QOL, and it is important to give personalized treatment and nursing to patients based on various factors.
