Abstract
This dataset was collected from a non-probability convenience sample of 359 managers from large private food sector companies in Lima, Peru, a strategic sector of the Peruvian economy characterized by the adoption of environmental management and sustainability practices. The dataset includes measures related to green transformational leadership, green supply chain management, individual green values, and firm reputation. The data are organized using standardized measurement scales and have been prepared to support advanced analytical techniques, including structural equation modeling. The dataset can be reused for (i) intersectoral comparative analyses, (ii) longitudinal studies on the evolution of green values and corporate reputation, (iii) validation and cross-cultural adaptation of measurement instruments, and (iv) multi-group analyses comparing organizational contexts, such as private versus public companies or different organizational sizes.
