Runyu Hong and David Fenyö developed a multi-resolution deep learning convolutional neural network, Panoptes, which can classify histological and molecular features of endometrial carcinoma using histopathology images with high accuracy in 4 min. In this Q&A, Yi Fu interviewed them about their journey of developing Panoptes and the future directions.
