Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a female specimen of Clepsis dumicolana (Banded Ivy Tortrix; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Tortricidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 459.69 megabases. Most of the assembly (97.69%) is scaffolded into 30 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the W and Z sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 18.68 kilobases.
