Abstract

Mendelian randomization study on relationships between inflammatory factors and lung cancer risk. Bidirectional two-sample Mendelian randomization approach, utilizing Genome-Wide Association Studies data for two primary lung cancer subtypes: non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer. The study elucidated the potential causal relationship between specific inflammatory factors and the risk of non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer.
