Abstract
An iatrogenic bronchopleural fistula from chest tube injury caused an air leak in empyema thoracis. Bronchoscopic placement of an endobronchial Watanabe spigot sealed the leak, offering a minimally invasive alternative when surgery was not feasible. https://bit.ly/3XOAFfS.
