Draft genome sequence of Pseudomonas protegens M4 and Citrobacter braakii M34 isolated from the sunflower endosphere

This study presents the draft genome sequences of two bacterial strains, Pseudomonas protegens M4 and Citrobacter braakii M34, isolated from the roots of Helianthus annuus (sunflower). Genome assembly yielded 6,900,000 bp for M4 with an N(50) of 810,200 bp and 4,900,000 bp for M34 with an N(50) of 2,700,000 bp.
