Treating second-relapsed/refractory first-relapsed childhood acute myeloid leukaemia: Successful salvage rather than palliation?

Prognosis of second-relapsed/refractory first-relapsed childhood acute myeloid leukaemia remains poor and there are no clear guidelines on the best treatment approach.
