Abstract
Zinner syndrome is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by seminal vesicle cysts, ipsilateral renal agenesis, and ejaculatory duct obstruction, potentially leading to male infertility. Affected individuals may remain asymptomatic or manifest genitourinary symptoms, reproductive dysfunction, and localized pain. MRI serves as the gold standard for radiological diagnosis. This case report describes an 80-year-old male with Zinner syndrome presenting with perineal pain, urinary urgency, frequency, and dysuria, complicated by severe coronary artery stenosis. By synthesizing the clinical manifestations, diagnostic modalities, and management strategies of this disease, this study systematically constructs a personalized therapeutic decision-making system guided by a multidisciplinary collaborative framework.
