Abstract
In-depth cognition of the dynamic response relationship between outdoor sports tourism network attention (OSTNA) and regional tourism economic connection intensity (TECI) helps to enrich the theoretical connotation of the integration and coordinated development of outdoor sports and regional tourism and provides enlightenment and suggestions for the high-quality development of outdoor sports tourism. In this paper, the gravity model and other research methods are used to study the coordination effect and dynamic response of OSTNA and TECI. The following research results are obtained: (1) From 2011 to 2019, the values of OSTNA and TECI in the YRD rose steadily, but showed a downward trend from 2020 to 2022. There is significant spatial heterogeneity, in which the OSTNA is a "polar multi-core" distribution, and TECI has a clear "core-edge" circle of characteristics. (2) The coupling coordination degree (CCD) of the two has the characteristics of "club convergence", and the upward transfer trend is good, but the leap-forward transfer is difficult to realize, which conforms to the life cycle theory. Geospatial conditions play an important role in the transfer of CCD. If the neighborhood type has a high CCD, it has a promoting effect on the local region; otherwise, it has a negative effect. (3) There is a positive two-way symmetrical interaction between OSTNA and TECI, that is, OSTNA is the driving force to enhance TECI. Also, it is affected by the reaction of TECI and has a long duration and certain stability.
