Abstract
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: The objectives are to determine whether ILIB can decrease dependency without causing undue harm in patients with acute ischemic stroke, and assess the effect of ILIB on impairment, quality of life and death from all causes in this disease.
