The Complete Genome Sequence of the Moroccan endemic plant Artemisia ifranensis (Asteraceae, Asterales)

We present the whole genome sequence of Artemisia ifranensis, an endemic species to Morocco. Illumina paired-end reads were assembled by a de novo method followed by a finishing step.
