Abstract
Metastatic Crohn's disease refers to cutaneous Crohn's disease noncontiguous with the gastrointestinal tract. Vulvar lymphangioma circumscriptum is a rare manifestation of metastatic Crohn's disease, presenting as pink papillomatous or vesicular papules and plaques. Treatment options are limited and often invasive, and clearance is difficult to achieve. We report a novel case of vulvar lymphangioma circumscriptum secondary to Crohn's disease successfully managed with oral and topical Janus kinase inhibitors in combination with procedural therapies.
