Abstract
« Baluchonnage » is a new respite device in France, enabling informal caregivers to rest for a few days, the only break in the long years devoted to accompanying a loved one with disabilities or loss of autonomy. What is the Baluchonnage system? And, can we reasonably expect employees to work 144 consecutive hours?
