Conclusions
miR-125b and its 3' isomiRs are expressed stably in the heart. miR-125b and isomiRs with addition or deletion of A might function concurrently and concordantly under specific physiological and pathophysiological conditions. In-depth understanding of isomiRs' metabolism and function will contribute to better miRNA therapeutic drug design.
