Abstract
Congenital prepubic sinus (CPS) or fistula is a very rare congenital anomaly, typically presenting as a punctiform opening on the midline overlying the pubis, often with a purulent discharge. Multiple pathogeneses have been proposed in literature but the exact etiology remains unclear as anatomical and pathological features of CPS are often different from one another. We report the diagnosis and successful surgical treatment of congenital CPS in a 2-month-old female infant.
